As someone new to yoga, I appreciate the ability to learn yoga in a private, professional setting. Catrina’s soothing voice guides me through my practice. She is willing to meet me where I am and give me options in poses, which I appreciate. It truly is a judgment free zone! In addition, she has everything needed in her studio. All I have to do is show up! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Catrina and the warm, positive person that she is, as well as begin my practice of yoga under her guidance.

Catrina is amazing! Every private session with her is a new experience that she caters to you and your needs. It’s become part of my weekly schedule to have a session with her and I couldn’t go a week without it! I leave every class feeling fresh, rejuvenated, and excited to come back next week. She is very professional but keeps it fun too. All that being said I wouldn’t want to take my yoga anywhere else.
